Hootenanny Volunteer Schedule

We have a lot of new volunteers this year, which is great! Our Halloween Day volunteer schedule is as follows: 

• 10am Rotarians and heavy lifters for site setup.
• 2pm "Day-of" volunteers for final site prep & decorating. Vendor set-up.  
• 5pm "All-call" for event volunteers, including assignments for running games, food service, security and other functions. Meet at "Rotary tent" or as otherwise directed by signage or announcements.

For insurance purposes , all volunteers will be required to sign in and sign a volunteer waiver- including name, phone and email address. A volunteer orange vest will be issued at that time.
